HOUSE DANCE INTERNATIONAL 2010


House Dance International NYC 2010For all of you HOUSE DANCERS at HEART (anyone from seasoned veterans to new comers interested in the culture), the HDI — House Dance International — is an annual house dance conference/competition hosted in NYC. Labeled as the premier urban dance festival (as opposed to World of Dance which runs trans-national and is catered to the choreography based teams), HDI will host its fourth annual event in New York City on July 8-10, 2010.

According to the press release, ” The festival is the first of its kind dedicated exclusively to house music culture and consists of dance competitions, workshops, film screenings and seminars designed to showcase the talents of the world’s house dance community.” The world’s top freestylers will compete in catagories of  House Dance, Vogue, Waacking and Experimental.
