Project D REVAMPS Company Class

Project D has recently released their new monthly and redesigned weekly company dance class schedule to keep dancers and prospective class takers with tabs on Project D Dance Company teachers. Starting with APRIL, the flyers feature a slim minimalist graphic design over a bold color for the month in addition to photos of the choreographers featured in that month/week.

Project D Dance Company's Weekly CLASS SCHEDULE

Since their occasional hiatus from teaching classes, the company is hoping this new campaign will keep their classes consistent by keeping dancers informed of their classes.

Their new monthly flyer displays the month of APRIL 2010 in a linear format with ICONS displaying the type of class presented on that day:

  • A crown graphic represents master class level for that specific day. (usually Tuesday’s classes with Steve Armendi and/or Jeff Laconico)
  • A LINE BOX icon represents beginner/intermediate class level for that day. (usually Thursday classes with John Baluyut and/or newly added Golda Gozum)
  • A BLACKED OUT BOX represents OPEN LEVEL Class for that day (usually saturdays)

Also Saturdays (and special workshop days) will trace back to a picture of the choreographer being pictured on that day.

Hopefully, the new redesign will easily keep dancers informed of PD’s schedule of classes. *A good rule of thumb:  if you don’t see an icon above that day, then there’s probably no class that day.

P.S. Marwin Lustre’s Wednesday class is on hiatus for now until the end of the month. And Tuesday’s master class with steve and/or jeff will be out of hiatus starting this APRIL 27th.
