Connecticut: Best Of The East 3

Hip Hop Dance Conservatory’s Artistic Director–Safi A.Thomas, Education Director–Yvonne H.Chow and Yasmine Fequiere–President of BLADE Dance Entertainment were official judges for Best of the East 3.

Congrats to the TOP 3, who are familiar active teams in our tri-state dance community, for a job well done!

Connecticut doesn’t usually come to mind when thinking about the East Coast Dance Community… but rest assured, wherever there is passion, community exists.   Eastern Connecticut State University (Willimantic, CT) is throwing it DOWN with their third annual BEST OF THE EAST competition!  12 crews will compete for $2000 and a scholarship to the Hip-Hop Conservatory. The event is being held for a good cause: all profits from the event go towards a scholarship for a local high school student.  ECSU Students are FREE, but outside guests are $10.
